What a better way to purge all that doesn't serve us purpose than to practice poses!!! You don't have to be flexible. (I prefer your not flexible at all.) You don't have to be Young. (I promise even the young can have limitations.) You don't have to be in shape. (I promise you, many who are, struggle even more in Yoga) You don't have to know anything. (Even Yoga teachers assume just as much about Yoga as anyone new to yoga) You don't have to be thin. (Look, I am a big girl Yoga Instructor, come on?!?!?)

What you will need: Yoga blanket for those who need more support for their knees. As will will be knee friendly as we grow into the practice you will have knee options. A yoga mat, thick or thin, doesn't matter Two Yoga blocks. A sturdy Chair.
This is a progressive practice for every Body. We will build from a gentle and then work our way to a greater practice.
