January Saturday 13th Intro to Yoga (for Men only) Okay GUYS!!!! This is the class for any GUY who wants to learn Yoga but feels awkward in being the only male in the room. In this class you will be amongst your peers learning a beginners practice in Yoga poses. Class: Limited to 10
Saturday 27th Restorative Yoga Practice Even Arianna Huffington wrote a book on the imporatance of sleep. We are conditoined at a young age that sleep is of little importance. Infact napping during the day are knowng for lazy people or this idea that you sleeping more than the average person means you must have mental illness or an untreated medical condition. hmmmmm Yet studies have shown that lack of sleep creates a disturbance in our overall health. Weight gain, Physical discomfort, incoherent, emotional, hormonal imbalance, weakened immune system, alters our growth and so much more. *20 minute session in a restorative pose equals to an hour of deep sleep. Class: Limited to 8

RULES: #1. This is a safe haven for us all meaning be mindful of the space and every Body in it. #2. You are here to learn. Be teachable. Meaning, if you don't want to be taught, I am not your teacher. #3.Take the practice seriously, don't take yourself seriously.
There are no walk ins to this class nor makeup days. All must be prepaid and RSVP to hold the space.
In this workshop I will guide you through a 90 minute restorative practice. We will explore 6 poses that leads us to deep rest. This 90 minute practice is equivalent to 6 hours of deep sleep. Perfect for those struggling with Insomnia, sleep deprivation, those with physical discomfort, weight gain, emotional, Adrenal issues and so much more. In these 2 hours you will have an intro sesssion, Q&A and a 90 minute practice. Class date: January 27th 12p-2p
