Attending workshops are an amazing way to have greater depth in understanding what ever the subject maybe. These workshops are all limited to 8 students only. To hold your spot you must pay in advanced.
3 or 6 week series creates more accountability to your commiment to a practice. In this manner we meet each week on the same day and time . What you can expect: 60 minutes of exploring of movement with the body you have. Limited to 8 students only
RULES: #1. this is a safe haven for us all. Be mindful of the space. Feeling bad about your body and hate for FAT is forbidden. Either you enter with the purpose to purge all those that no longer matter or keep to yourself in your need to share how Fat is bad and what ever descriptive word you use to attach to it. #2. You are here to learn. Be teachable. Make peace that you are wanting to learn. Because I will make you bend. (insert humor here) #3.take the practice seriously, don't take yourself seriously.
There are no walk ins to this class nor makeup days. All must be prepaid and RSVP to hold the space.
Intro to Curvy Yoga 6 week series 6/3/2017
6 week series June 3rd, 2017 11:30am-12:30pm 2 hour workshops gives you a jest of what a practice is about and who I am. 6 week series...... we are getting to know who you are. This is a great way to truly see the results of what it is like to have a consistent weekly practice. Yes thats how powerful this stuff is. Cynic or not, I WILL OWN YOU!!!! (insert sense of humor here)
No need to worry of what this will be about. Trust me, I got you. We will explore the foundational poses all broken down and modified. Nothing will seem familiar till probably 32 weeks down the line.
What this series is not about: You will not master anything. Why? We have a lifetime of lessons to unravel and repurpose here. Besides, to truly master anything you must have done it 10,000 times. We are barely at our first practice so lets just enjoy this exploration.
What you can expect: 60 minutes of exploring of movement with the body you have. Limited to 8 people only
2 hour workshops are perfect for those who want to determine if investing in a six weeks practice or continuing a regular practice or if a Master Class, can be a great way to tweak their consistent practice.
In these 2 hours you will have an intro sesssion, Q&A and a 60 minute practice.
